This office is extremely professional, efficient, you can trust them to take care of your loved one’s. I was so impressed how quickly the process is, from check in until the time you see the Dr… Even surgery day went smoothly! GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! Iris is an amazing representation for the company! Thank you Iris for the referral.
Well, the wait time is still a bit long . I do have a comment about one of the assistants. She was calling patients back to the exam room. She did not use the patients last names . She called “ Michael”. Firstly, she could not be heard . Secondly , a patient requested that the assistant use a FULL name as there were 2 Micheals in the waiting room . She appeared to be put off by the simple request. Please teach the assistants to speak clearly and loudly and to use first and last names . Best , Olivia
It was a difficult operation to replace a lens. Dr Roe explained surgury and duration of recuperation 2+ months to near perfect vision without glasses or contacts. Very happy with doc. The staff was efficient, friendly, and very competent.
I was comfortable while at pac eye inst. I saw many patients. I had a few tests done everything was good. Dr Kim was a little irritated, he raised his at me, twice, to me my had closer. I felt like Ă child. I'm not a child, I am 68years old. I didn't like that but was shocked, and didn't say anything.
Several months ago I scheduled a visual fields test, which I had already undergone earlier in the year at another doctor's office. I waited 45 minutes from my appointment time to be called back. I asked the receptionist why so long and was told it "should be soon; they are finishing up someone else." Several other people came and were taken in and still we waited. I then cancelled my appointment and left. Who knows how long I would have waited to see the doctor for the results, even if I had the test 45 or more minutes late? I realize that doctors overbook patients so they won't miss out billing their insurance company if one patient doesn't show up, but doctors should learn to value patients over profit, or their schedulers should learn not to overbook for tests like this - which only take about 20 minutes. And they shouldn't bill my insurance or me, either, for this appointment, because they did nothing but waste my time. It effectively wastes half of our day for a doctor's appointment - time getting there, time waiting, time being seen and time going home. I may be old but my time and my husband's time are valuable to us. I'll schedule an appointment again, if I have a problem, but I'm not waiting another 45 minutes or more to be seen, with no end of our wait time in sight. They can look at my earlier test results from the other doctor's office.
