I was a driver for a friend. She had a procedure that I had to wait for. As I waited on the first floor, 3 different people walked in and didn’t know where to go. They saw 3 things: stairs, elevator and a White Board on a stand which said WELCOME. The different people were confused and looked bewildered. That’s when I would direct them to either the stairs or elevator. Eventually I went upstairs and mentioned this situation to the very pleasant nurse who was at the reception desk. He took my feedback and immediately created and laminated a sign and placed it onto the surface of the white board!! I didn’t get his name, but he is “top notch”!!! You do not find workers like this very often! Highly recommend!!

Very behind on schedule my mother had her Appointment at 10:30 in the morning they called me to bring her in at 11:30 cause they’re a little bit behind then doesn’t get seen until 130 gets taken in procedure didnt start until 2 o’clock …terrible

Wasn’t sure about this place at first . Having a major surgery and it not being a hospital made me nervous but i wasn’t made aware of the location prior to scheduling. Place was very clean and nice . The nurses and staff are amazing if you message they will call you back and they answer the phone if you call the location as well . Preregistration was texted a day prior was easy to fill out . Basically the day of your surgery you just show up with ID and Insurance. Lily was very nice ,anesthesiologist notice patient was a little nervous and gave medication to make him relax before. Gave very clear discharge instructions and extra wound cleaning supplies . Thank you very much
