Imagine going in scared and finding your Dr (THOMAS) on his cell phone slouched back in his chair in a dark room. They roll you in and you are facing him, looking straight at him. Dr doesn't even look up, he's scrolling comfortably. The nurses are setting up, asking the Dr questions and he's responding "uh-huh, uh-uh" 😵‍💫 doesn't look up at any point. NO acknowledgement you are even there! WHILE IM RIGHT IN FROM OF HIM LOOKING RIGHT AT HIM!! It was soo awkward and scary thinking I was putting my body & life in HIS hands! I was so ready to cancel but the girls put me right to sleep before I could even say anything. Honestly I don't even think he did anything at all! The girls probably did the whole thing themselves while he doom scrolled mindlessly on his phone the whole time! SCARY SCARY SCARY! I WILL NEVER GO TO HIM OR THAT OFFICE EVER AGAIN!!!

Staff nice & professional. There was no pain or sore throat afterwards. However, nurse had difficulty finding vein for IV. While on table, nurse as well as Dr. were squeezing IV bag to push liquid through the bent hose. That gave me anxiety in an already anxious situation. When I said something- to late. I knocked out. Woke up 10 minutes later IV already removed. I still cant thinking about it...

No one ever answers this phone I was scheduled for an appointment my insurance wouldn't approve the medication. They prescribed been calling no one answers to get another medication prescribed left numerous voicemail messages just left one today.. Do yourself a favor take yourself somewhere else.. where you can get the proper care. And if questions or issues arise, you will get in touch with somebody, but this is not the place..

Update: although I feel their office administration needs work... I cannot give enough thanks to the nursing staff/ Dr's behind the scenes. They make you feel seen, heard, cared for. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I've never been treated better as a patient. Changing my review to a 5. Still giving administration a 2. Make sure you know 2 different departments will be confirming your appt... even if you confirmed the week prior to appt... they call you again a few days prior... if you don't confirm a 2nd time... they will cancel you. No one tells you any of this. It's a shame.... because behind the scenes they are all stars 🌟. My consultation went well. Staff was nice. Made my appointment, made arrangements with work, my children day of procedure. Stayed up all night using the restroom...started the second half of the gallon drink at 3am as told. get to my appointment at 7am to be told I was canceled. WHY? because I didn't answer to an unknown number/ confirm 2 days prior to my appointment. Didn't know I needed to confirm as I went to said consultation, picked up said prescription... was given 6 pages of directions.... what to confirm. what was so disheartening is their "manager" stated, this happens all the time. If you care about your patients and this "happens all the time"... perhaps your management/customer service needs to step up. This should be discussed during the consultation. How you will be contacted and why its important to confirm. CAUSE YOU WILL BE CANCELED. I rescheduled my appointment and will revisit this review afterwards to provide an update/ and/or changes to my rating.

Very nice nurses, well taking care of the patient during my sisters visit! There was one mis-communication between the front desk and one of the nurses but that was resolved. “Patient discharge only” if you are picking up the patient and let the front desk know then you receive your patient from a side door just cross your parked car.
