Lindsay at the front desk slammed the clipboard at me. She also processed to talk about me to her coworker while I was filling out the paperwork. She know i could here her. She was upset because I was asking her questions. It's her job to answer questions. She seems miserably, never smiles, never made eye contact. She shouldn't be helping patients especially if she gets mad at people asking questions. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would have walked out had I not spent 2 days prepping for a colonoscopy. I would never ever go back to this place and never recommend anyone to come here.
I was initially nervous about coming to Magnolia Surgery Center due to some of the reviews I had read, but my experience turned out to be excellent. Once you're inside, the staff, nurses, and physician are all incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Yes, there is a bit of a wait—expect about 30 minutes to an hour before being called in—but that’s completely understandable given how busy they are. Overall, they did a fantastic job, and I’m very grateful for the care I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend them to others.
Came for a colonoscopy at 10:45 and it's now 11:30 am I'm still sitting in the waiting room. A small waiting room at that. Go someplace else if you can. Finally brought me back but didn't start the procedure until 12:30. This place is a joke. Called my ride to come pick me up in 20 minutes. 45 minutes later we left. What a wasted day. And yes, they do take days off for no good reason.
Worst medical experience I have ever had. Appointment was for 9:00am, was not taken back for prep on a colonoscopy till 10:00. Ladies at counter could care less. They said it was first come, first served. The only positive part was nurses prepping me were caring and attentive. Had to wait another hour to start procedure. Doctor never came to see me before being put under. I felt like I was in a third world country clinic. Please do not go here unless you have no other options. I will he turning Dr and clinic into the AMA.
I came here in May for endoscopy and in June for colonoscopy. I was scared and nervous of the procedures it self but was reassured I wouldn't feel a thing, I didn't. I did have some discomfort in my stomach and hips after the colonoscopy however took some advil and felt fine. Staff was friendly, witty, nice, and they followed up with a phone call on both procedures. The only down side for my was the medication they used was fentanol would of like to had a different drug of choice.
