Outstanding care and service from start to finish! My father went to West Coast Joint and Spine as an outpatient for his knee replacement surgery. I was a little skeptical at first, but everything went smoothly. The staff kept me informed throughout the entire procedure, which really put me at ease. Highly recommend!! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating to our needs. They were patient and very thorough with our paperwork. They helped calm my husband and put his mind at ease since he was visibly anxious. Facility is super clean and organized. From start to finish was an amazing experience and would recommend West Coast Joint and Spine Center to anyone. I also really appreciated the Thank you card in our take home packet that had everyone who we talked to sign. You guys are all great. 👍

Finding The Force

Unfortunately, I have been here more times than I care to mention. But I highly recommend if possible to have your surgery at this facility. All of the staff are very experienced, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have a beautiful, waiting room complemented with coffee or tea. Very close to a bunch of restaurants in a huge outdoor shopping mall. I have been camped out in their lobby for many hours and luckily they have a variety of different chairs and plenty of wall outlets for your electronics. Bathroom is always immaculate.
