I hesitated to write this review because all of her other ratings were so good. However, a few weeks have past and the experience still bothers me. I've been to Dr Martin previously and everything was fine. I don't have any serious/life threatening skin conditions but I do see a dermatologist for anti aging and skin health. Those concerns I did note in my questionnaire when booking my appointment. One thing I must note is that parking is ridiculously expensive. The most I pay at any of my doctor's offices. Even with a 10% validation, the charge is excessive. I witnessed 2 other patient's leave to move their cars to the metered parking on the street. I was parked for 30 minutes and I paid $15. When it was my turn to see the doctor I was first questioned again by someone who did not introduce herself. I'm assuming she is the nurse or physician assistant. I do know that she lacked bedside manner. When I confirmed why I was there she informed me that my issues seemed cosmetic and that there would be a $300 (it may have been $250, I can't remember) consultation fee.??? On top of the insurance and copay I've already paid!! The doctor came in and confirmed that I would need to pay the additional fee, NOT to have a procedure done but just to ask questions!! The reason I go to a dermatologist and not a cosmetic center is because I don't like to be "sold" products or procedures. This experience leads me to believe that Dr Martin is taking her practice to more of a cosmetic practice and not a doctor's office. Very disappointing.

Lovely facility- very clean and spacious. The staff are very welcoming and Dr. Stephanie Martin is very kind and thorough in her examination. Would definitely recommend this office.

I had my first visit this week. I found the staff, especially Sandy and Sarah to be very friendly and professional. Dr Stephanie Martin was knowledgeable kind and didn’t rush our appointment at all. She answered all my questions and sent me the information I requested very promptly after our visit. From my experience I can highly recommend her.

Had my first visit yesterday, and overall it was very pleasant. Dr. Martin was very warm and inviting as were her front office staff and her assistant, Sarah. I’ve made the rounds of different derms, and have always walked away not feeling good, but I was quite satisfied by Doc Martin and her people. The office itself was very bright and airy and very clean. There was not a very long waiting time and I think I was in and out in 45 minutes. I’ve already recommended the doc to a friend of mine, so that should speak volumes. I gave 4 stars, because nothing is perfect.

Absolutely one in 1 million doctors office! Dr. Martin is a phenomenal dermatologist, Mohs surgeon, so intelligent. To watch Dr. Martin at her craft is a privilege. The care, kindness, experience and expertise is unsurpassed. Laura is fantastic as well. Each and every one of Dr. Martin‘s staff is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and talented. So happy to find this uniquely qualified, experienced and warmhearted office. I am so grateful for their care for our family.
