So many five star reviews, hardly anything left to say. But let me echo those comments as from check in to checkout, all was a 10. Every person knew their gig, all very nice and comforting, covered all the bases on med history, prescriptions and test(s) to be performed in a private area. Although a bit assembly line, it worked flawlessly. Even the anesthesiologist stopped by to double check on my history. Small, but upscale facility, and would highly recommend for any outpatient procedures.

Having any kind of procedure or surgery can be stressful however Encino Outpatient Surgery Center was fantastic, making it a wonderful experience! They took excellent care of me from the beginning at check in, Edith made sure that all my billing and paperwork was correct. My pre-op RN, Paloma, was extremely detail oriented and made sure that she triple checked all of my information. Megan, RN, gave me a painless IV!!! Silvia was so calming in the operating room and Girlie was comforting in recovery. Even Adi who took me down to the car was lovely and kind. Let's also not forget the people who wait and pick us up. Whether it is family or friends, they take time out of their day for us and EOSC recognizes that by providing a lovely waiting area. Yesterday my husband had to step out to take a call for work and EOSC made sure that they notified him as soon as I was ready. Smooth communication which is so important and makes the day less stressful. Thank you to Dr. Glaser and team for providing outstanding care and service.

I never thought going for a routine colonoscopy would be a pleasant experience, but honestly, it could not have been any better. The staff was kind and comforting, the Center was clean and accommodating, and all billing was explained in advance so there were no surprises. All my pre-nervousness and anxiety was for nothing. Thank you to the staff and physicians, especially Sonia, George, Jose, Dr. Mboumi and Dr. Buch. Just fantastic.

I just got my percedure done this morning. I was extremely stressed out and my anxiety level was up in the sky. My nurse try to calm me down and she did an amazing job by just a funny conversation we had together. All the staff provide me with an outstanding service. Felt like I knew them for years. Dr. Glaser is the most amazing, caring and kind heart doctor I’ve ever met! I love love love him so much. May God bless his heart😊

Amazing and wonderful experience today! Wait was short; atmosphere nice and calming... Most important -- the staff and doctors are phenomenal! My Anesthesiologist was Dr. Kahn, and my GI doctor is Dr. Gourdji -- I highly recommend both to anyone. The staff -- Anhita, Sonja, Nicole, Adriana were so wonderful... The BEST was my recovery nurse -- Patty! If I wanted to do a colonoscopy every week, I would have no problem with coming here. But I am content to wait 3 years! Thanks everyone!
