From start to finish, my experience at this colonoscopy office was very positive. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I had a chaotic morning and arrived a little late, but they worked with me without any stress or attitude. Everyone at the front desk had a genuinely positive, upbeat demeanor, which immediately helped ease my nerves. When I was taken to the back, the nurse who brought me to my bed was professional, kind, and very informative. She explained what was going to happen, who I would be speaking with, and what to expect, which brought me a lot of comfort. Knowing the process ahead of time made a big difference. The anesthesiologist was more direct and straight to the point. He was very sociable and friendly with the staff, though his interaction with me was brief and strictly business. That said, everything went smoothly, and I was comfortable. Dr. Zabihi truly stood out. From the way he spoke to me, the questions he asked, and how he interacted, it was clear that he genuinely cares about his work and his patients. Even in a short interaction before the procedure, I had a very good feeling about him. He has a calm, reassuring presence and knows how to connect with people. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. After the procedure, I woke up to the same nurse who had initially taken me back, and she was once again very friendly and helpful. Another nurse was also there to answer questions and explain that I might feel a bit groggy and that everything had gone well. They were attentive and reassuring. There was a small communication issue with my ride home, and the staff went out of their way to help. They attempted to contact my ride themselves and also allowed me time to reach out, making sure everything was handled smoothly and without pressure. Overall, the entire staff at this location is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. This was my first colonoscopy experience, and it was a positive one. I’m grateful for how well I was treated — and also glad this is something I only have to do every seven to ten years. Highly recommend this office.
One of the worst urgent care facilities I’ve experienced. The staff is often rude, and the billing department provides little to no help when it comes to resolving complicated situations. Management should seriously evaluate operations and consider hiring more competent and professional staff.
This was my second colonoscopy at this facility, and unfortunately the experience was no better than the first. I followed every instruction carefully and arrived on time, but after the procedure I was left waiting in recovery. I only discovered that no one had called my ride because I phoned my ride myself while still groggy from sedation to let them know I was ready. They had not been contacted by the office at all. Patients should not have to manage their own transportation arrangements while recovering from anesthesia. Even before the procedure, the front-desk staff were curt and unwelcoming. There was no warmth or compassion, which made an already stressful medical visit even harder. When I asked why my prep was not considered successful, the response felt dismissive rather than helpful. Patients deserve clear communication, kindness, and basic follow-through from start to finish. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves how patients are treated in both the front office and recovery areas. Sabrina the nurse was very kind, however. I’d give 5 stars just for her alone.
I had a colonoscopy here several weeks ago and the whole team was wonderful. I was a little uncertain at first after reading some of the reviews, and I’ll admit the waiting area didn’t give the best first impression. But once I was brought to the back, I realized it truly operates like a mini hospital—clean, organized, and professional. The staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for from start to finish, and the procedure itself went smoothly. I’m very grateful for how kind and attentive everyone was, and I wanted to share my positive experience for anyone else who might be on the fence.
First off, I went here after being referred by my insurance. I’ve seen ambulances leaving this facility a couple times and that put me off. So when the PA came in to discuss my lipoma I wanted removed, all he did was feel my arm and immediately move to scheduling me for surgery. I’ve been down this road before and they should have done an ultrasound to see how many I had, turns out 5, and to see if they were attached to nerves, muscle, etc., which he didn’t. I actually had to demand it, while he acted like I was asking too much and it wasn’t necessary to know before they started carving into my arm. That was trigger number 1. Trigger number 2 was when he blew me off and didn’t seem concerned at all that I hAve sleep apnea and other issues as well as I’ve stopped breathing during surgery which I needed resuscitation. I usually go to a hospital out patient becuz of this. Then I read the reviews. So glad I did. I have not felt comfortable at all since I left there, and for obvious reasons. Glad I’m getting a second opinion/referral. If you go here all MANY questions and have them answered to your satisfaction and don’t let them blow over your concerns like it’s not a big deal. I should not have had to demand an ultrasound, that’s a standard procedure that should be done ahead of any surgery so you’re educated and informed if there are possibilities of nerve damage, loss of use of your fingers or arm, or any other possible complications, which WERE NOT discussed. I felt rushed, like I was taking up their time, and putting them out.
