I haven’t even had my procedure just out of starting gate so many problems. The primary physician submitted an approval for Preventitive Care went through and got approved by GNP. This surgical center keeps trying to change what the doctor submitted. It seems they take things in their own hands. I’ve never had these issues at Hoag Hospital. Too many issues already with memorial care I’m sad. I lost my good healthinsurance.

If I could give this place 1000 stars, I would! The staff in suite 3200 were out of this world AMAZING! I was extremely nervous and my pre-op nurse, Karen, was so attentive and helpful. She really tried to help me relax even showing me a breathing exercise and opening the blinds so we could see the sunrise over the mountains. Then my OR nurse, Iris, helped me relax in the operating room even holding my hand, talking to me gently telling me that everything will be okay, and whipping my tears (I was extremely nervous about anesthesia and the paralytic). Finally, my post-op nurse Liz was super cool. She has a fun vibe and it was just the thing I needed as I woke up from anesthesia. She was very attentive considering I had to be intubated and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. Overall, this facility was over the moon amazing. They did such a great job at helping me through this nerve wracking process and I am so grateful that I was able to be cared for by everyone here. They definitely set the standard extremely high! 10/10, would HIGHLY recommend!!

I have been a patient here several times over the course of 7 years and every visit is stellar! They have the best staff, beautiful facility and took amazing care of me. Doctors, anesthesia and nurses are all so kind. I can’t say enough good things about them. I highly recommend this center.

Previous experience 3 months ago was excellent with caring, concerned nursing but yesterday due to a surgery delay of 2-3 hours my sister was left alone with no call button, very cold, and no updates a to when her surgery may occur. No nurse came back. Lying on her back for that period of time was painful.Her post op was not typical of care either. No liquids or a warm blanket offered. We were disappointed because nursing care had been so great months ago but not this time.
