I'll be short and sweet. Had my procedure done last friday. I came early as I was told. Filled out all my paper works. Front staff was pleasant and efficient. Back staff took care of me well. The anesthesiologist was also easy going and chatty. I m work in healthcare so I know what to look for. My treatment is the same before and after the staff found out what I do. Adriana and another nurse took care of me ( I m sorry I didn't get her name -a latina) . I saw how they watch over patients coming out of anesthesiology. ..they were attentive. I saw that the patients were helped to their cars. I didn't need any assistance since I just walked out no problem immediately after waking up. Not sure how other patients fared, but i got excellent care. If u have to have an unpleasant procedure done, why not here where u are taken cared of. I didn't have to wait for my appointment, place looks clean to me. The bathroom looks clean and plenty of parking. And yes while u are laying in a cold gurney almost naked ..The nurse lay a warm blanket over you. So yeah ...i was comfortable.
