Records lost from previous procedures, as I've followed the recommended schedule of a colonoscopy at age 50 and 60. Recent 9:00 am appointment didn't start until 10:30 am. 90 minutes in the waiting room. Staff could have easily called patients letting them know that they schedule had slipped significantly. Waiting room is tiny. Staff refused to let my ride sit in the waiting room until I went back, Even though was plenty of room available. Pre-op and op were exceptionally cold. Blanket did not help. Expertise of the staff quite high otherwise. Pre-Op and op personnel were very polite and professional. This is definitely a mixed review. Opportunities for improving this business are clear.

My mother had an appointment on Sunday at 1230 and we arrived at 12 but the door was locked. No advance notice at all and we waited for a while. Wouldn't answer their phones

First time getting an endoscopy. Clean office and convenient hours . I went in on a Sunday morning. Staff was very kind and eased my anxiety . Dr. Jhonson was such a nice doctor although I don’t remember much after the procedure .
