I was really scared about all the bad reviews when I first came here, but I’ve yet to have a bad experience like people below. Dr hicks is great and professional and answers all my questions. When I needed a quick appointment for a nose cautery his nurse was great and made sure I got in next day. If I had to complain it would be Dr hicks scheduler took weeks to call me for my surgery and then did reschedule me due to not knowing he would be out. But it wasn’t a big deal enough to make me feel like the bad reviews below. I will keep coming here and hopefully keep having good experiences :)

People who are working in ENT are very Rude, do not recommended worst place for Ear and Nose specialist.. Appointments 4 to 6 months waiting list...... Please ask your insurance to introduce you to different place.

I've had three of my kids get ear tubes and tonsils here done over the last 10 years. I'm a pediatric dentist that now uses uses their facilities to do cases on my own patients including my other partners. The staff have always been awesome. It's one of my favorite places to do general anesthesia cases at. I trust them 100% with my patients and my own kids.

Rose, one of the surgeon's assistance needs more costumer service training. Was very rude and answering my questions as if I was speaking of something she never in het life she heard of,try to hang up when I had questions in regards my services.
