Christmas Eve procedure they saved the best for last me! If I need to have another procedure. I will request to be referred out again! These workers were amazing!!! Forgive me if I don’t remember all your names… Sydnee, Karah, Cara, Echo I hate messing up names but my nurse with cutie pie fur baby! The one who came to rescue for the second IV placement! Everyone was amazing!!! Oh how can I forget they last with special cocktail! Her name starts with a B I’m forgetting it at the moment! You all are amazing and I will talk you up in the community!!! The surgery center staff was absolutely fantastic during an outpatient procedure for our one-year-old family member. From start to finish, they were patient, compassionate, and incredibly kind. They took the time to reassure both our child and our family, helping ease what could have been a very stressful situation. Their professionalism and genuine care made a meaningful difference, and we are truly grateful for the exceptional experience. They ensured we had detailed care instructions upon departure and called to follow-up the next day. Fantastic staff! We highly recommend this surgery center.

I am a Kaiser patient and had the option to have my foot surgery here. I have had a few surgeries before at Kaiser with excellent care but I heard a lot of good things about this surgery center so I wanted to give it a try. I will say that the staff was good, however I was very disappointed with the facility. The waiting room is super small, the pre op and post op is super small and the beds were pretty much like the ambulance stretcher… very uncomfortable. I was freezing in there and their blankets were so thin and uncomfortable too. If I could have done it over again, I would have definitely stuck to Kaiser.
