Daughter had tonsils removed from her on 11/20/24. Staff was super nice and helpful, until trying to get in contact with them less then week later. Daughter was having lots of pain and called number which just goes to voicemail. Left 3 messages and no return call. Called next day and straight to voice mail. 2 days and no return call. Even called after hours number was told they would forward to on call doctor and no return phone calls.

Fullerton Surgical Center, a TOP NOTCH 5+⭐ COMPANY! I was here yesterday (10/9/24) for a diagnostic back pain block procedure. Everyone here was professional, helpful and very kind! This may not seem important to others, although it shows how well they are trained and how they treat their clients!... I'm hard of hearing and I made the mistake of not bringing my hearing aids😬. I told this (only once!) to the nurse asking questions for the paperwork. From that moment on, she "and everyone there" helped me by speaking louder. So, I didn't have to continue asking the dreaded "What?" or "Excuse me?" words...🤣 Every single person from the front desk to the Nurses, Anesthesiologist and my Doctor made the entire event very comfortable👍. When I say comfortable I mean they actually pre-warm the OR gowns and blankets, among many other extra things during your visit here! This may sound silly, but they are reminiscent of my stays at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel years ago. They go well beyond to keep you comfortable while doing an awesome Professional job! They are very well organized while keeping a clean sterile environment. The Procedure - They wheeled me into the OR, Dr. Sata explained everything and answered all my questions. The nurses did a great job at hooking me up to an IV and the anesthesiologist explained and answered all questions and did an amazing job too. So well I didn't even know they began the procedure! That is until I found myself back in the original room I started in 🤣. In other words, they know exactly what they're doing! Absolutely zero problems or issues here! I had 2 different procedures done last week here. The facility is clean and everyone is so comforting and professional. I was very nervous but, my nurse Angela made me feel at ease. She even prayed with me when she saw me praying. After my procedure in recovery I had a different nurse and even though I was groggy I remember being treated with respect and kindness. I believe his name is Bryon. Everyone at Fullerton Surgical center made my experience a positive one.

I have surgery there recently and the staff was amazing. They made sure to make me feel comfortable and at ease before my operation. They provide small things that make a big difference like warmed blankets and numbing the location before my iv was placed. They kept my family informed through the whole process. Would highly recommend
