UNORGANIZED! UNACCEPTABLE!! After going through the whole process of scheduling an appointment for my surgery (2 months in advance), doing my medical tests, fasting as required, I arrived the morning of the surgery to be told: “We made a scheduling mistake, we can’t have you here today” - Lost 2 days of work than won’t pay me for. Bunch of incompetents. I will never go back there, ever again.

Very nice and caring staff. Today at 11am I was scheduled for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. They called me a few days before the visit and reminded me of the appointment, sent me medications with instructions on when and how to start taking them. The day before the examination they called and told me what not to do the day before the examinations. Upon arrival at the clinic, I filled out the paperwork, then I changed my clothes, a very attentive nurse measured my pulse, blood pressure and did an electrocardiogram and connected an IV. Then several more nurses came and asked similar questions. Then the anesthesiologist came and told me more about the procedures. Everyone was attentive and friendly. Then I fell asleep and woke up in the ward. Everything went comfortably for me and without stress. It took 3.5 hours from arrival to exiting the clinic. Thank you for your care and attention.

This is for a laparoscopy occurring on Jan 24, so a very recent procedure. First off, communication was great with them. I received several messages for prep about a week before my surgery, and the front desk was always kind when I called in for questions. Staff were very timely. My operation was set at 6 AM, with me arriving around 4:30 AM for prep and pre-op items. My fiancée and I came in around 4:20 AM, and we were promptly serviced by the front desk. After finishing paperwork, the pre-op nurse was kind and professional (as best as one can be at that time 😂). Chanel made me feel calm as she was getting all my vitals. After that, I spoke with the OR Nurse, Anesthesiologist, and my OBGYN who led the surgery. All were receptive to my questions, and made me feel comfortable. After my procedure, my post op nurse was super sweet and made me feel competent despite being out of it due to the anesthesia. Even though it was a busy room once I woke up (around 9:30 AM), I felt attended to and all my needs were met as I became more aware. Overall, had a great time here! I highly recommend it as an outpatient surgery site, and am grateful for the team who attended to me!

I wish to share what a great experience I had at the Community Surgery Center. I needed meniscus surgery on my right knee. This was the first surgery I have ever had. Everyone was very helpful and most of all understanding of how nervous I was. I called and Leannet helped me out with scheduling issues. She quickly resolved everything and scheduled me right away. I was beyond myself and very nervous when I came for my appointment. I was prepped and told everything that was going to happen by Juan, Justin and Mimi. I really appreciated the care and time they all took to explain all the details. They listened and most of all - answered all my questions. After the surgery, they were all there to help me out. They made sure I was comfortable. I had water and crackers. After fasting for 13 hours, I sure appreciated it. They bandaged me up, called for my ride. They went over all post op instructions and helped me to the car. They are all professional; the facility is top notch and most of all, they have a caring staff! They followed up with a call three days later to see how I was. I highly recommend Community Surgery Center.
