Dr. Telles and staff are very professional, cordial and accommodating. As soon as you walk in they greet you warmly with a big smile. All staff are very pleasant, friendly and have great patient rapport. Dr. Telles is very thorough and takes the time to explain what options are best for my condition. He does not rush and encourages you to ask questions about the procedure and post-surgery. During pre-surgery prep, he again describes what tasks will be done, the process and timeline. All efforts by Dr. Telles and his assistants are made to ensure the surgery is painless and are always asking “how are you doing.” After surgery, Dr. Telles takes the time to let you know how the implant procedure went and what to expect in the few days post-surgery. Later that night, I received a follow-up call from Dr. Telles to inquire how I was doing. I am so impressed by the concerning attitude and care provided by the doctor and staff…thank you. I highly recommend them - you will not be disappointed!

I had a tooth extracted at HB Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr Chiccone was my dentist and he was amazing. He took the time to explain my X-ray, and discuss the entire procedure. The assistant working with him was caring and kind, and knew exactly what to do. The rest of the office staff was equally kind and professional. The procedure was over before I knew it and I was given detailed instructions for after care. Dr Chiccone phoned me at 4:00 that day to ask how I was doing. I would recommend this office and this doctor to anyone who needs any type of oral surgery. It was amazing from start to finish.

I’ve had a very good experience at HB O & M Surgery. Veronica and other front office staff were awesome-friendly, efficient and well organized from scheduling, reminder calls & billing. Surgical assistants were experienced, and well organized prepping for & assisting surgery. HBOMS is a comfortable modern facility & well-appointed. Dr. Telles communicated clearly and easily and answered all of my questions without hesitation- he reviewed my referral, carefully examined my specific situation/needs and explained the steps he would take regarding surgeries/follow-ups. I had two wisdom teeth removed here and had a very positive experience. I chose not to be put to sleep and, as a very anxious patient, I did start to panic a bit during the procedure. The staff and Dr Telles were incredibly patient, calming, and attentive, making sure I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. This was also a last-minute appointment and they still squeezed me in. The procedure went smoothly, and I’m truly grateful for the care and compassion they showed.
