The nurses at United Surgery Center were very professional and friendly. Unfortunately after my colonoscopy I had really bad cramps and my stomach swollen with a lot of pain I ended up twice at the ER it’s been almost a month and I’m still taking medication for constipation . I got no explanation from anyone for the cause of the cramping and swelling for such a longtime, although the pain is getting better my stomach still swollen. The Dr at Kaiser ordered a Scan and I will have it done soon. I hope and pray everything will be fine. I hope other people don’t have the same experience.

This was my first colonoscopy and I'm so glad Kaiser referred me to United Surgery Center, Irvine. Dr. Brian Lim and the whole staff were super nice and welcoming, which made me feel really comfortable. Everyone was so kind, patient, and professional, which helped take away a lot of the nerves I had going in. Kathy, my pre-procedure nurse, who did my IV was amazing. I have small veins and it's usually tough, but she got it on the first try. Overall, I had such a positive experience here, and I truly appreciate the care and attention I received. Highly recommend this center and their wonderful team!

What a wonderful experience having my procedure done today by the amazing team at United Surgery Center. This place is well managed by a dedicated, passionate and caring team. I was very pleased to have been referred by Kaiser to have my procedure performed at this location.

The nurse was an excellent name. Christina, the wait was terrible. I was told my appointment was at 11:30 a.m. and was said to be there at 11. Upon walking in, the receptionist told me my appointment was at 11:30. I noticed they were overbooked, and my wait was longer. The other receptionist said my appointment was changed to 12 noon, which was false. I was seen at 1. Kaiser referred me, and the N/A was placing my IV. A young girl with no experience poked me in the wrong spot. These girls should have supervision. She seemed young and new. A nurse was called, and it was placed in the correct place. I had a bad experience and I won't return. It was very unprofessional. The doctor was very nice. Christina, that's about it. Stop over booking and new N, A should be supervised when placing IV. Maria Torres my appointment was 4-7-25.

Appt delayed 45 minutes in ste241. No communication about it unless I bothered the front receptionist. BUT: the sweetness of the front staff and nurses in pre op annd during procedure and anesthesiologist and the Dr and in surgery room and in waiting area with fine nurses(3). I have to say the apologies from the nurses were heartfelt and sincere and made all the difference to me. Goes a long way. I couldn’t be upset and they made it a wonderful start to a sensitive procedure. Felt spoiled to say the least during the process. Therefore a high 5 all the way. Kindness: goes far you guys. Thank you to the staff of Dr Bryan L. Including the pre phone calls to the reception front desk prior. You guys bring it all the way. I’m grateful , appreciate each of you. Thank you. Shirley.
