I have had two surgeries in the last two years at this surgical center. I cannot speak highly enough about their professionalism, communication, scheduling competence, and most importantly their patient care. Everyone that I came into contact from the planning stage all the way thru my exiting the center were a pleasure to speak with. While you could tell that the medical team was busy in the actual surgery center, they all took a moment to introduce themselves, let me know their role, and answered any questions that I had. They all did what they could to put me at ease, and I have a lot of confidence in this center. The anesthesiologist was awesome. Dr. Wong was great as usual. They all made very difficult jobs look easy. I highly recommend this center.

I regret to report a highly unsatisfactory experience with the surgery center. The coordination between the center and my surgeon was severely lacking, leading to significant scheduling conflicts. The center’s policy of refusing to relay messages to my doctor, regardless of their importance, compromised my continuity of care and strained my relationship with my healthcare provider. The billing process was equally troubling; I received invoices that were $400 higher than the initially agreed amount, and despite multiple requests, I was never provided with the additional documentation or even a receipt. The surgical procedure itself proceeded smoothly, thanks to the expertise of my surgeon and anesthesiologist. However, the overall administrative inefficiencies and billing discrepancies greatly overshadowed the quality of clinical care. Based on these experiences, I am unable to recommend this surgery center.

I had a foot (left) surgery - a Kidner Procedure on 3/28/23. Everyone was so pleasant and kind. Vanessa at the admission desk was courteous. All the nurses: Jeanne, Ronald, Melissa, and Stephanie were so warm and friendly. Claire and Mojan were attentive to my need. I appreciate the time they took to make sure that all the information on my chart were correct. They made me feel at ease and not anxious. Thank you, Dr. Petersen and Dr. Chow for a successful surgery. I greatly appreciate all of you for taking good care of me! Oh...and I greatly appreciate the two follow up phone calls. I had back surgery at Saddleback Surgical Center and the entire staff (Surgeon, nurses, anesthesiologist, reception - everyone I came in contact with), was kind, compassionate, professional and informative. I went from feeling nervous to comfortable within a short time span, and by 7:00am, I had a solid feeling of knowing I was in great hands. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to bring their rating up, because what’s currently showing certainly isn’t reflective of my personal experience. Thank you all, for everything.
