It is “always good” of seeing Dr. DeSilva, he is compassionate, & takes very good care of my problem. The young Fil/Irish Anesthology “Rafael”, was very professional, he inserted the IV gently & one time deal, as I have a very difficult “fine & wigly veins”. Every one were professional. Thank U, for Ur service!
