After covid19 restrictions were released and they allowed surgery we scheduled surgery. However they do not inform the patient that nobody is allowed to go in the building with them. The patient should be allowed to decide whether they want to go through that alone. I don’t like that they didn’t bother telling anybody anything. That’s really poor patient communication and a lack of empathy and compassion for the patient and their family.
