This place is very small and too many employees working for all the clients coming in here for therapy. They have glass walls that you can see yet this woman employee told me that We can't have you looking at other clients. I felt uncomfortable because I was there for my relative and I was looking at her therapy session. If they are really concerned about other client feelings then place a sign that we can all see or pull the blinds down.

Thank you, Loma Linda surgery center. I would definitely recommend. They were a little under staffed today but it happens. The surgery team, nurses and anesthesiologist were all great. Very personable and with lots of bedside manner. The facility was very clean too. Thank you, again🥰

Arrived for my appointment on time the waiting room filled and emptied 3 times. The reception just kept saying your next. After 1 hour and 45 minutes I cancelled my appointment. I wouldn't bring my dying dog to this place.

Pro: I (26,f) had ACL surgery on Nov 13. My surgeon Dr. Syed was great! The anesthesiologist Paul was great too. Now 4 weeks post op I have 100% flexibility and the scars are so small. The quality of the surgery itself is 5/5. Con: My experience upon waking up from surgery was bad. I was in so much pain. It felt like my knee was being ripped apart on the inside. I learned the only pain medication I was given, immediately after surgery and without a nerve block, was Tylenol. After voicing my pain, the doctor gave me stronger pain meds to help and advised the nurse to give me more if I needed it. 20 minutes later when I asked the nurse for more he said “I’d have to ask the doctor and we have another patient coming so there’s no time.” Overall: Everything was great except the pain management and reaction from the nurse was 0/5.

Terrible!! Never again. Feel like being in a herd of cattle. Appt was 2 hours behind. Waiting room was small, noisy and packed in like sardines. Unable to speak with family after procedure while in recovery. Receptionist said to tell the dr if you are unhappy with wait time. Kept calling everyone "honey". She is not my honey!!
