My first meeting with the clerical staff was very cordial, informative @ helpful. They took care of my charges for service explained The procedure for my visit. After getting verified that I was I was a new patient they directed me to the examination room. I met a staff member who performed my vision test. He was very informative @ told me what the next steps would be @ how his company could be of assistance/service to me. We set up follow up appointment on two weeks with an Optometrist. The appointment went rather smoothly @ quickly. I would give this service a 9. Nee customer.

I was very well cared for. Everything was explained to me. I was comfortable and completely relaxed. The anesthesiologist was great. Dr Clay wonderful and my nurses and attendants couldn’t be better.

I appreciate the care I get from the doctors here, but the wait times leave a lot to be desired. I shouldn’t be scheduled for a 10:00 appointment, only to have to wait to be seen by my doctor until 11:30. This office seems to run late on appointment times, even when I’ve been the first patient of the day. Improvement in wait times would be much appreciated.

Been there so many times. I am pleased with first of all Renee getting me in at a last moment's time due to my ocular issues. The set up staff Analisa, displayed a very joyfilled demeanor and it was very clear she loved her job. The give excellent instructions on each process she would perform in preparation for the Dr to come in, drops, dilation, pictures, etc. I find the doctors there to be extremely competent, knowledgeable, professional and insightful. Their explanation of the eye health is very valuable and easy to understand. It seems they take pride in helping their patients and to assist in making them better. Plus they will squeeze you in if you happen to have an unscheduled flair up in your condition. They are great! I highly recommend they for your eye health needs.
