My mom had her endoscopy 11/19/25 and was literally dying a few days later on the couch unable to eat or walk or drink water. She was in so much pain and dehydrated. Called 911 and now we are here at the hospital waiting and waiting on the biopsy reports to NO AVAIL!! They sure bugged about the $1,475 which they received it. The doctor staff have called, my brother and I have called and NOTHING. Where are the results??? This is a true nightmare. I do not recommend this place for your loved ones or yourself. Tomorrow , we will go to the office and hopefully get some answer. Update: My brother went to the center in person and everything changed. I believe her name is Rosa. Super helpful. She reached out to the lab and they called us a couple days later to let us know the results were ready. I do thank them for seeing the urgency in our matter and caring enough to not let our request land on deaf ears.

Dear owner, your staff isn't answering the phone! There's sick people waiting for results and nobody is picking up the phone. I've been calling all day and it goes straight to an answering machine. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

My dad was unable to comfortably swallow due to gastritis and something with his esophagus. After his procedure they told us he was good and now able to swallow. After 24 hours of clear liquids, he still was unable to swallow. I called to get a sooner follow up appointment but they were unable to accommodate him. Fast forward 3 weeks later, we arrive at his follow up appointment and again, the doctor is gonna be 2 hours late to the clinic! My dad is literally STARVING!!!

I had an endoscopy done at this facility on Wednesday, July 3rd. While the nurse was very nice and attentive, I have been extremely ill since the procedure. Starting the next day, I experienced swollen tonsils, a sore throat, chest congestion, a swollen arm from repeated blood pressure checks, stomach discomfort, and intermittent fevers. I’ve been sick for 5 days now. I hope the facility improves its cleanliness and sanitation protocols, as I believe I caught a virus from this place.
