Incompetence on so many levels. Got billed $2840 for a 10 minute phone call where I declined the offered services. So I called them to let them know they have mischarged me and left 3 seperate messaged, and so far no response, because even during the regular work hours they don't answer the phone. Review Update: Physically went to hospital to settle this issue, and it was not a mistake. My quick phone call ballooned to $2840 because it wasn't paid for 2 months!!! So it wasn't a mistake, it was a legal robbery! Good news is because I didn't have insurance it went down to $150 and I just paid it off. Good riddance! This hospital is not just incompetence, its criminal. The employees know what is happening is wrong, any decent human being knows what they are doing is wrong, shame of whoever came up with such criminal billing!

A lot of the reviews have the wrong location. This is a Los Angeles county outpatient clinic not the hospital. Two different locations two different things. Let’s start off the outpatient physical therapy department is by far the best physical therapy facility I’ve ever had the pleasure of having care at. My physical therapist was very helpful. I went in on a wheelchair progressed to being able to walk again. I was taught so much. The care the physical therapists give is amazing. They explain everything and aid you in successfully accomplishing the goals you set. I was seen by one therapist most of the time I was a patient. Only one visit that my therapist wasn’t available did I have to have help from other and even then that therapist was also great. I highly recommend this location. You also get a print out of the exercises you will be doing for your treatment which helps so much so you can continue your therapy at home. Highly recommend this location. The facility is well taken care of.

I get the best service here. They care about getting you better. Staff are so patient specially with those who come with attitudes. I get seen quickly and urgent care is just as amazing with my family and I.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience! I have been to this hospital multiple times this time they crossed the line! The surgical center is so unprofessional and unprepared AND unorganized! Definitely go to another hospital for surgery I would not recommend this hospital at ALL they are NOT worth your time. They told me they were gonna call me to update me what time is my surgery, they never called me!! DESPITE me leaving my information & calling throughout the day! They called one of my family members INSTEAD of me! The surgery is for ME not my family member (I had everything set up for transportation after the surgery that DID NOT involve that specific family member ) Now not only do I NOT know what time my surgery is. This hospital just likes to play with peoples time and is so inconsiderate AND unorganized.

I’ve had HORRIBLE experiences at MLK ER, today I went to the urgent care for severe back pain after being dismissed from the ER on Sunday. Dr. Wang was great! She was the first doctor since moving to LA that heard me and understood my pain, she asked all the questions to get down to where the issue was and she took my pain seriously. She didn’t try to downplay it like a lot of other doctors do. She was attentive, she listened to my concerns, she went above and beyond, just over all absolutely amazing! She is a wonderful doctor! She gives me faith that not all doctors are the same.
