The absolute worst office staff you can imagine. It's hard to imagine how an office could be run more inefficiently. Generally, such poorly run offices say a lot about the doctors, but we can't comment on the actual medical care due to the office staff being either unable or unwilling to honor our referral. The insurance has tried repeatedly to help us only to be hung up on by this office. If you have a choice, go elsewhere.

I absolutely love this facility. The staff is so helpful, nice, and professional. My daughter had a fractured knee, and they helped her immensely. Her recovery is going great now. The front desk team, assistants, nurses, and doctors are all amazing.

I will give a 5 star because the people here are awesome. Except one of the X-ray tech that tried to take my daughter pictures. My daughter has autism & other disabilities so she doesn't like anything being done to her even if it's just taking her temperature. So anyways my daughter was being non-compliant and pulling away & this lady was pulling my daughter by the arm that was fractured. I kept going towards her to let her go but she kept grabbing my child. There were other techs walking in because my daughter was screaming in pain. So when we saw the doctor I told the doctor I don't like the way that lady was pulling my daughter arm. She said I will have a talk with her!. Other than that we had a great experience. I just think that if people don't have patience for kids especially ones with disabilities they shouldn't be in that job.
