YAMINI SOHRAB and his staff are unprofessional and obviously incompetent! My immigration process was delayed because they made countless mistakes that caused me to revisit the office 3 times! USCIS even had to write on the notice that they were at fault. The girl at the front desk is rude and so dazed and out of it like someone who is on something would act. The 2 other old ladies are rude, slow and lazy and SOHRAB filled out the forms wrong TWICE! THIS IS MY LIFE AND IT IS IMPORTANT TO ME! I PAY YOU FOR A SERVICE. DO YOUR JOB!
