Do your homework! I was told by the staff that my insurance covered my procedure at Knowles, this was only partially true. Here I am 5 months later still getting misc bills and insurance appeals. It's really frustrating and just feels unprofessional. Make sure this place is in-network for you, otherwise just use the hospital. Facility itself, minus the frustrating billing fiasco, was 4/5.
