From start to finish, my experience at Silicon Valley Surgery Center was exceptional. Every single person I encountered was kind, patient, warm, and genuinely caring — which made such a difference going into a procedure that naturally comes with some nerves. The nurses were gentle, kind and superb. The whole staff made me feel safe and supported the moment I arrived. The check in and OR nurses, were incredibly compassionate and attentive, checking in on me and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Randy Fung (Anesthesiologist) was wonderful — calm, reassuring, and clearly very experienced. He took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely at ease. I felt safe and well cared for throughout. Dr. Graham was outstanding. He checked on me personally, answered questions, and after the procedure spoke with my husband to let him know everything went smoothly. He removed a cyst and shared that everything looked healthy and good, which brought such peace of mind. What stood out most was how human everyone was — not rushed, not dismissive, just genuinely kind. It can be rare to feel so cared for in a medical setting, and I am deeply grateful. I would absolutely recommend Silicon Valley Surgery Center and this entire team to anyone needing care. They truly set the standard for compassionate, professional healthcare.

*THIS COMPLAIN IS NON-MEDICAL RELATED* The medical staff were good. No complaint there. However the surgery center overcharged me for 1.7k because they would over estimate what you need to pay before your surgery. They estimated 2k even though the actual due amount for me is $330. Even after my insurance has paid them (with clear records of EOB and confirmation from UHC), they keep stalling on my refund. It has been 2 months since my procedure but I still have not received any refund. AVOID THIS PLACE at all cost if you don't want a large sum of the money being withheld for an extended period of time with no communication from them whatsoever *The number they provided down below is a line that never picks up. So yea, they don't give a shit about patients

Had a recent surgery here with multiple procedures and the surgeon and the team were excellent. Everyone was professional, kind, and patient. Billing was transparent.

Beware what others have reported about over billing and hidden costs. The surgery center called me before my procedure with an estimate of the total cost of the procedure. On the day of surgery, I paid that exact amount and figured that was that. Weeks later, however, I received an additional large bill from anesthesiology services. I called the surgery center and they told me that the estimated costs that they report to you and charge you for only cover the facility itself, and do not cover outside services, which I guess includes anesthesiology. They did not mention to me once beforehand or at the time of payment that I may be incurring additional costs that they would not report, or that anesthesiology was a separate service. Additionally, I discovered that I overpaid hundreds dollars for the service itself, and am stuck waiting for the center to process info with my insurance before I can be refunded. It will be almost 2 months after my procedure before I get that money back. I’m torn because (as others have also mentioned) all of the providers that helped me with the procedure were truly wonderful, and I felt very safe and cared for throughout the whole process. However, billing has been a nightmare. I would say that if you’re fortunate to be in an OK financial position and don’t mind having hundreds of dollars tied up for months, this is a fine facility to visit. Otherwise, I might avoid this place. I’d also definitely recommend that you do not trust any cost estimates provided by the facility, and call your insurance company to independently verify the cost of everything so you do not get surprised by large bills down the road.
