I've been going to Facey for many years. The doctors and support staff are always helpful and kind. I had to change to another facility for a year due to insurance, but got it resolved and went right back 😁

I get that they are busy and have a lot of things to do but when a call comes in don't just put it on hold and not say anything. When you get the callback you should dedicate your time to that person.

Modern medicine has devolved in to prescribing drugs rather than what's best for the patient. Sometimes those are the same thing. Sometimes they aren't. I've had a couple of visits with Facey "providers" and my stated opinion hasn't been altered. Facey falls in the middle of that discussion in my limited experience. Bedside manor isn't dreadful but drugs are still a dominant result of a visit. I'd rate 3.5 if google had a better rating system. I'll round up for the benefit of the doubt as I've not turned down the prescribed meds for various ailments. I just wish it felt more like systemic care.

I specifically called and asked whether there is going to be a wait before an appointment with a pulmonologist, or if patients are generally seen on time. I was assured that appointments happen on time. Glad I decided to take time off work anyway, because I had to wait in line to be checked in for 15 minutes, and then wait in a crowded waiting room with a bunch of people coughing and not wearing masks (apparently it's neither a rule or a common courtesy anymore) to be called in. Same thing happened later to get an x-ray and labs. It took over 2 hours, which is definitely not what I was expecting when scheduling an appointment.

For HMO plans, Facey is the best option in the area. Quick referrals and super quick appointments if you are okay to visit other offices. Plus, every office is well run and the staff is super friendly.
