With the options that are available for doctors it was difficult to figure out which doctor was the right choice. I went through a few doctors looking for the right fit for me. I was not just looking for a doctor that could address my concerns or give me the options of treatment, every doctor can/does these basics. I wanted/needed the doctor who was going to be available when I needed them and took care of my well-being as if were his own. The personal treatment that you usually find in small towns. I have received treatment for my injuries I sustained while on multiple deployments with military from Dr Alireza Bozorgi for going on 4 years. He has even gone as far as returning my call and taking care of me, and my concerns on major holidays. It is not only because of this type of treatment, but because I care about results when it comes to my health and overall well-being.

I've been going to this medical group for a long time, and I can't recommend them enough. Dr. Jeff, the manager, is absolutely fantastic — he really goes above and beyond for his patients. They have a full range of specialists, so whatever you need, they’ve got you covered. Plus, they even have a surgery facility on-site, which makes everything so much easier. The customer service here is top-notch. I’ve always been impressed with how respectful and kind they are. Janice, in particular, is always so courteous and professional. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients, and that makes all the difference. Highly recommend this medical group to anyone looking for great care!

I saw one of their pain specialists for horrible TMJ pain. It had been about 4 days that I couldn’t open my mouth, chew food without a popping and cracking noise every time I chewed. It hurt to eat. Dr. Bozorgi gave me an injection for my jaw in office, he has such a light hand I felt no pain during the injection and my pain went away after a few days. I definitely would recommend them and Dr. Bozorgi. The staff is very kind and helpful, and they make you feel welcome.

Avoid this place. Save yourself much stress specially during pain. Highly disrespectful people. I have no idea who to complain. No idea who my doctor is any more. There is no continuity. They called me the day before my appointment, I confirmed with Janice, the next day I showed up before my appointment, I sat there 10 minutes passed my appointment time. Then they told me “sorry, we double booked, you are cancelled!!” I went home with more pain than when I arrived.

Big mistake going here. I went there in April and May of 2021 and I’m just now getting a bill for those appointments when they originally said my insurance took care of the bill. How are you going to bill someone a whole year later? Also, I canceled my surgery with this place because they couldn’t give me a straight answer on what my co-pay would be. Each time I spoke to someone the number changed. This place is very sketchy but don’t take my word for it, go there and see for yourself.
