This place took my husband's money upfront even if we have insurance. Everything that was in his deductible on the day of the surgery, saying they won't allow his surgery if not. Months later we're still waiting for them to submit the correct bill to our insurance, and they're not able to do it. I guess if they already took our money they don't care about submitting a bill on time. Meanwhile our deductible is close to zero by now since there were other bills submitted in the last few months and we should get money back from them except they're not filing the claim correctly and the insurance keeps saying it needs more info from them.

The office staff and nurses here are warm, friendly, and very capable. They took excellent care of me before and after my surgery and made the whole experience a lot less frightening

I can’t say enough about the positive experience I had at Mission Ambulatory Surgicenter recently. Starting with the day before surgery phone call all the way through to the day after surgery check up phone call. Each person I interacted with was efficient, kind, knowledgeable, professional. I wanted to specifically give a shoutout to Joel, preop RN. Thanks to the whole team!

check in personnel pretty rude, The person completing my registration paperwork actually told me they didn't "pull the plug there" when I inquired about medical advance directive authorizations. Pretty rude thing to tell someone having surgery in two days. . Very nice, clean facility but employees seem understaffed and not very passionate about their work. After calling me THREE times to tell me to be there one hour before my procedure, I still had to wait 45 minutes before getting taken to the pre-op area. Check in nurses were rushed and busy, but doctors, anesthesiologists and OR nurses were very kind. They don't waste time once they get going. No follow up though however, no written directions or phone call following procedure. MISSION HOSPITAL is soooo much better.
