I had the best most comfortable procedure I've ever had here. The patient comfort is outstanding. From doctor anesthesiologist assistants and office staff. The comodrie between the staff and patients was the best. Every aspect of the procedu re were explained and patient comfort was priority. I had sacrolliac injections in both hips and I'm doing farbetter than I expected!

I admit the wait time was very long to get into surgery (3 hours) but once I was in I felt very comfortable. The nurses there were incredible at making me feel at ease, making me laugh and feel like everything was going to be okay. Dr. Casey as well was amazing with professionalism and compassion. I'd definitely recommend this place for your needs.

First, I find it comical that the 2 bad reviews for this place are from impatient people picking up a patient, not a patient themselves at all. That being said, I had a hip replacement here on 11/18/24 and it went fantastic! Of course, my doctor, Dr Law, is an amazing surgeon who truly cares about his patients. Then there is the staff at Riverside. From the front office staff to the nurses, everyone was so nice and professional, I would 100% go back here for a procedure. What a smooth process and I felt like I was in good hands from the moment I walked through the door. I cannot remember his name, but my anesthesiologist was fantastic! I had some valid concerns after having my right hip replaced 7 months ago so he put me at ease explaining in detail what he would be doing. I was in the operating room at 10:01 and was home by 2:15PM. Wonderful place, wonderful service… THANK YOU to everyone at River Surgical!!

Make sure if you are going to be driving someone home that the wonderful people working in the front tell you how many trips you are going to make to them. They talked to their client right infront of me knowing I was their ride and asked if he picked up his prescription. He said he had no clue about it. They told me they would call once he's ready to be picked up in a few hours. I get home and the call me an hour later and tell me to come back so I can go get his meds. I asked if I could get them once I pick him up cause that's what usually happens and I get "um no. He needs to go home..." Great friendly service guys. I get here and have been in the waiting room for 20 minutes. The hell is going on?
