We had high expectations but this department has failed us. This patient was diagnosed with Hemorrhoids and not given any further treatment for this. We spoke to Lupita which she offered steroids. He didn’t refuse but we explained the contradictions this could affect him in the short & long term. Lupita then interrupted us over the phone and said that was the only treatment for the steroids. I then mentioned other options for medication treatment and she agreed and said she would send over a prescription to the pharmacy within that week. We followed up and went to the pharmacy to pick up the order and upon arrival the pharmacist said there were no prescriptions ordered. We followed up multiple times to the Endoscopy center to see what was going on and every time we did it was sent to voicemail or they would have an excuse. It is disappointing to be receiving this treatment because in reality all they did was perform the procedure but didn’t do anything to treat the hemorrhoids. We will no longer be going back to this clinic. It was expensive but that was the least to our worries, we would had appreciated it if we received a better solution to treat this diagnosis. Thankfully we have found a better and much more professional health care center to treat this patients expectations.

Just had procedure done. Literally best nursing staff and best doctor I’ve experienced in a while. Dr. Hu, I highly recommend him. Very sincere and very knowledgeable. He really cares about his patients and you see that when you speak to him and see how he takes good care of his patients. Nurses were super chill and cool. All of them super pretty too. Great staff. Very professional and outgoing. Thank you guys for everything
