I recently had surgery here for my cataracts. I had surgery one week apart for each eye. The staff here are unbelievably professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everything that was done from the moment I got there until I left after recovery was excellent. Don't hesitate to have your surgery done here. I've read negative reviews and don't understand them but some people you just can't please no matter what you do. I would go there again in a minute if I needed surgery.

I highly recommend the Monterey surgery center. The anesthesiologist was excellent she took care of all my concerns and carefully selected anaesthesia according to my medical needs.The nurses were great and very attentive. Dr Fejes did an outstanding job a very talented and professional surgeon. You are in good safe hands at the Monterey surgery center.

Despite what it says on their website, they do not require Covid testing prior to surgery. Their website is extremely misleading, incorrect and will put you into an unsafe environment. Canceled my surgery at this facility. Chomp, as well as most other surgery centers in our highly traveled Monterey area, do protect their patients during the highest Covid risk time of year - they care enough to keep you safe. Testing is still in place at these respectable locations. Stay safe and Happy Holidays. Update ....got into several wait list doctors this week due to Covid cases canceling after Thanksgiving and these people are cutting costs in lieu of patients lives??? How much is a life worth to you? More than a $10 Covid test??? Apparently not much to these people. Get a clue....why do all reputable medical professions require masks? Unbelievable.
