I asked the front desk clerk, Julie, to help with some questions I still had after speaking with the nurse two days earlier. Instead of giving me real information, she said, “just like animals, there is always risk.” That didn’t answer anything and was honestly insulting. When I was taken back, the nurse couldn’t answer even basic questions about the procedure, recovery time, or the probability of risk. If the staff can’t explain something this serious, that’s a problem. You would think with them doing the same few procedures, they could minimum speak from their experience. I was told to ask the Dr which was okay, but I waited an hour and he didn’t come. This was the most unprofessional and unprepared medical team I’ve ever dealt with, especially because it’s the same procedure they do every day. I walked out.

I have had several procedures with Dr. Gularte at this facility. Everyone is extremely professional, friendly and goes out of their way to make you comfortable. My nurse Lee, yesterday was really great! My OR staff super! Dr. Gularte in my opinion is the best pain specialist!!! Thank you all!

A nurse took control after seeing my rash from a fungal infection. She decided to go above the doctor and went to the director of the facility, Anna, to get clarification. Unfortunately, I was unable to be treated. But, seeing my rash was worsening, I contacted an allergy doctor and am getting treatment through oral method. I will return after the infection has cleared up.

Staff was great. Nicole was a funny and nice nurse, then I was transferred to Phillip and Diane for an epidural with Dr Wong. The OR staff was kind and walked through everything with me. Totally satisfied.

This place has the rudest and most unprofessional support staff I have ever dealt with in 38 years of healthcare. The billing office girl flat out lied to me on the phone. When I called out her lies, she tried to backtrack and change her story each time. I will never come back here, and will never allow any family members to go there. I don't know how they keep their jobs. I will be filing a complaint with their management, and with our doctor's office. I'd rather pay the extra and have surgery at CHOMP.
