After I made it clear to the facility I did not want a goniotomy they state that they still performed it and billed me for the procedure. The procedure is to treat glocoma and prevent a buildup of interocular eye pressure. Post surgery I ended up in the ER with an elevated I pressure and they stated I could have gone permanently blind. Now I am left with not only the bill for a procedure that either didn't happen or was done incorrectly, and an ER bill to top it off.

I hate when a facility is only concerned about the money they collect and less about the patient. So far, the only call I have gotten about a procedure tomorrow is telling me how much money to bring. They do not bill insurance and then collect, the bill you what they think you might owe. They are also the most expensive around. Had I known I would have shopped this procedure but at this point it is too late. I would not recommend them.

I've had a lot of surgeries but this center was the absolute best. The 4 surgeries I had there were all good. The staff was kind, the views are wonderful, it is very clean. I go back next week for the 5th time and am not stressed. Highly recommended.
