Procedures Performed

Common outpatient procedures performed at this ambulatory surgery center, based on reported specialties.

Breast Augmentation / ReductionBreast size is increased by placing implants, or decreased by removing breast tissue and skin and repositioning the remaining tissue. Reduction is often performed to relieve back, neck, and shoulder pain caused by breast weight.RhinoplastySurgery that reshapes the nose by altering the bone and cartilage beneath the skin. It is performed to change appearance, to correct breathing problems caused by internal structure, or both. Swelling takes months to fully resolve.FaceliftLiposuctionFat is suctioned out from beneath the skin through small tubes called cannulas, reshaping a specific area such as the abdomen, flanks, or thighs. It targets localized deposits and is a contouring procedure rather than a method of weight loss.Wound ReconstructionRebuilds skin and underlying tissue where a wound is too large or too damaged to close directly. Surgeons move nearby tissue, or transfer skin and muscle from elsewhere on the body, to cover the defect. Often follows trauma, infection, or cancer removal.Skin GraftingHealthy skin is taken from one area of the body and transplanted to cover a wound or burn elsewhere. Both the graft site and the donor site need care, and the donor site is often the more uncomfortable of the two.

Procedure list is based on CMS-reported specialty designations. Contact the facility to confirm specific procedures offered.

My experience with Dr. Madorsky was nothing short of amazing! I was referred to him as the best in his field, and throughout the entire process I understood why. He examined me before surgery and said “easy peasy”. He explained in detail the procedure and what to expect in advance. This Dr. knows what he is doing! He was professional, kind, knowledgeable, skillful, thorough and gentle! As expected all went extremely well! Like he said “easy peasy”. I would give him my highest recommendation! Thank you Dr. Madorsky!

date of service-1/17/23 I am very disappointed with the care i received from this surgery center. From the moment I arrived and from the the time I left, I felt very rushed. I arrived for my appointment late but for a good reason. There was a multiple car accidents on the freeway and i would think the staffs at the center would understand. its something I can’t control. Except for my nurse Alex and the anesthesiologist, the person who called me while i was driving and telling me I am late and the other nurse helping Alex was not very happy that i am late. Like i said, the accident in the freeway was not my fault and it made me late but i am a patient, i should still be treated with courtesy. Also, i was not given any privacy when they were prepping me for surgery, my room door was wide open. I can see everyone in the hallway and vice-versa. From: Giselle Remulla
