Had a minor eye surgery about a month ago at your center. Everyone was so friendly, informative that the whole experience was easy and pleasant. I have been to a number of surgery centers and I say if you have to have outpatient surgery, try to have it here!

This is one of the best run medical facilities I’ve ever experienced. The Surgery Center is well maintained but even better, the staff is top notch, from the nursing staff to the anesthesiologists. My sister had a total hip replacement and I was with her from start to finish. I observed the recovery room charge nurse, Maria, she was attentive, caring, sensitive and knowledgeable. She was on top of the pain management of my sister while being aware and attending to all the other happenings around her. She did it all with a smile and making us feel most comfortable. If I have to have surgery, I wouldn’t hesitate to use The Surgery Center.

I had surgery on my ankle here and I was so impressed. I went in, filled out a few forms, and my name was called in minutes. And the nurses and anaesthesiologist and surgeon were all very awesome, compassionate and energetic and friendly. I felt very comfortable there and I felt like they really cared about me. They motivated me that I'm doing a great job and made sure I'm always confident in the process. They made sure all my questions were answered and walked me through the procedure. They were overly understanding of my fear of needles and did the best to consolidate. The center even called me a couple days after to check up on me and see if I had any more questions. The space was very clean and the equipment they gave me like crutches was better than at the hospital at Summit. Thank you to all the wonderful people at Telegraph Surgery Center who helped make my surgery go smoothly. I was really anxious before hand as it's my first surgery and there couldn't have been a better team to help me through this.

Have had many outpatient procedures and one surgery here. Very clean. Highly professional, compassionate and friendly staff. Close to BART, so easy to take BART there and then have someone pick you up as required. Smaller facility so easy to navigate.

The nurses here really changed my view of the medical field. They have great bedside manner. They were so very caring and I probably wasn’t the easiest patient having 2 abdominal surgery back 2 back. My stay was almost 2 weeks and every single nurse I had was kind and attentive. Personal but professional. Keisha advocated for me in a way that Saved my life and I’m forever grateful. The facilities are very clean and the suites are so nice!
