Came in today to take care of my Father's medial bill and medical records. I was assisted by Aissa and she was absolutely wonderful in taking care of my needs. God bless health care workers!
Worth experience I have ever had with Doctors! Expect to be treated as a case not a patient. Dr was asking questions and cutting me off in the middle of the answer. My questions were not answered. I had an appointment with Dr Chang and I had to fight for having him do the examination. I left with no relief on my lower back pain and no treatment plan.
I had a 10:15am appointment and as I write this, I’m still sitting in the waiting room well past my scheduled time — with no update, apology, or explanation from the staff. This is the second time this has happened to me at this office, and it’s frustrating and disrespectful to patients’ time. I understand that medical delays happen, but when it becomes a pattern and no one bothers to communicate, it shows poor management and a lack of regard for patient experience. The doctor may be fine — I wouldn’t know yet today — but the office operations and scheduling practices need serious attention. If you value your time, I’d think twice before booking here.
Worst experiences of my life. The doctors here only care about a paycheck from workers comp. First off there has to be major issues of you’re coming to a place like this, second if you think you will receive any kind of true care look somewhere else. You will not receive anything remotely adequate at restore. They will continue to gaslight and lie in their charting as if they truly counseled you throughout the visit. They make you wait hours to see a physicians assistant not even a doctor and then deny any kind of pain management. Any request for a placard forget about it not per policy it’s just a personal preference of the PA’s apparently across the board to make you get surgery before a placard that’s truly needed. What’s happened to the medical profession it’s all about money and prolonging pain and agony especially here. Shame on all your doctors and PA’s no hearts only paychecks. And PSA this is for workers comp I advise finding a suitable place elsewhere if you truly need care before after and during your ordeal. Good luck
PROS: The service was extremely fast. As a walk in, I was in & out within 45 minutes which included x-rays and diagnoses (I already knew what was going on, herniated disc, the x rays confirmed it) - The staff was friendly and helpful - Dr. ruled out the chance of me needing surgery - I received answers as to HOW this happened (a result of beating up my body for 30 years) - All of my follow up & MRI appointments were very time efficient. CONS: Because of the speed of service, it can feel rushed and difficult to ask questions - The website had conflicting information. It said walk in MRI's are available, but you actually need to visit the Dr. first to get a referral.
