Dr Kong is my doctor and I have no problem with it because he took care of me very good and attending me really good and very considerate. I gave it 3 stars because of their system maybe little bit disappointing. The waiting take so longer than I expected took and hour or more. The nurse who attended me before the doctor came in seemed to be not in the mood as she is cold and seemed not interested with questions lol. She maybe having a bad day.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO COME HERE! I brought my father here after he got his surgery, and the staff that did his ultrasound was rude and abrupt. We were here for 2 hours and 45 minutes!! West Coast Vascular in Ventura and Oxnard are no good at all. I highly recommend anyone to look for another place.

I was recommended by my primary doctor since I had a varicose veins and after meeting doctor Runge and her stuff the stuff are very friendly when I first met doctor Runge to me she seems kind of somewhat unfriendly, but after frequent visits with her and getting to know her a little bit better she became a nice beautiful friendly your person... especially because I gave her a chance and I didn't want to give up my hopes and actually she did perform surgery on my left leg because of my varicose veins and I know that I was in very good safe hands do you need surgery procedure from a varicose veins plus a great success and I have better mobility on my left leg, I just recently went for a follow-up appointment and I am very overwhelmed and pleased of how well she took good care of me and fix my problem; for anybody who's having a tough time with their legs due to varicose veins or something similar I highly recommend her to anyone who is currently and experiencing leg problems I highly recommend her and this place does take medical insurance, if anyone is interested give them a call.... and the staff here will help you can answer any question that you may have, Dr. Runge is wonderful, does a very good job, and she loves helping people who have someone and very serious vein infections!!!! I'm a current patient of this place, Im sure I will look for something else, my first experience was poor, even that they have like 78 nurses around, I thought because it was my first visit the thing went bad, but the second visit it was just horrible. I'm very disapointed about this place. I rather to to a garage or basament doctor were the mom is the receptionist. bad, Bad, BAd, BAD, experience.

I went to a 3:30 appointment and at 4:40 i had not seen a doctor. I signed a form thay they would vharge me $75 for a missed appointment. I told the nurse i was leaving and walked out. Lets see if there is any follow up or if they are going to pay me $75 I was rescheduled nd went back. It was perfect. Got me rigjt into see the doctor. She ws very good. While my initil meeting was disappointment my subbsuent visit w very pleasant. I m thinking they had a bad day on my first visit. I will be back 4/27 for a folkow up visit.
