"I had an amazing experience bringing my toddler here. The entire staff at the Palm Desert Office is wonderful, but we specifically see Dr. Alexandra Lee, who is incredible. She is incredibly patient, takes the time to answer all of my questions, and is truly caring. Highly recommend for any parent!"

What can I say that hasn't already been said by other patients? Simply wonderful service and compassion. I've been a patient of Dr. Bean for over 10 years and he and his staff have been excellent. Special thanks to Yeyu who is always delightful and charming. :)

Sincerely Impressed with Dr. Black and the staff’s care for me. From the check-in with the virtual receptionist to the technicians taking x-rays. It’s been a little over 2 months since my surgery and I’m recovering beautifully. I appreciate Dr. Blacks gentleness and patience to answer my questions and clearly explains every process.

The staff & doctor were all very nice and professional. After reviewing the x-rays my issue wasn’t bad enough for surgery which is nice that they weren’t pushing for that. The doctor spent time to explain things and provided suggestions including injections which completely eliminated my pain within a few hours. So grateful! Only complaint was I waited about 25 minutes to be seen but I understand that the doctors sometimes spend more time than anticipated with patients.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Jered Stowers and the office of West Coast Foot and Ankle for my new foot! I came in to see what could be done about my terribly misshapen foot and toes. I had not been able to wear any regular shoe for a year except open toed sandals which in our climate fortunately not too much of an inconvenience. I had a severe bunion, my big toe was all twisted around towards the other toes and then toes began hopping on top of the next toe. It was very embarrassing and uncomfortable! I made my appointment with the office and was scheduled pretty quickly. That day, Dr. Stowers walked in an introduced himself and I was blown away at how young he looked (coming from a silver haired senior)! He was so poised and professional but warm and welcoming at the same time. He looked at the X-ray of my foot and told me what was going on which apparently was a deformity since birth! He explained what was happening and very clearly shared the steps that could be taken to fix the problem. The first solution he did not advise at my age as it was quite extensive. He had a more moderate solution that made sense to me so we scheduled the surgery. At the pre-op appointment a couple of months later he detailed the plan even drawing on my foot to show the plan. A clear and honest discussion about what he hoped to accomplish vs. what could happen once he got in there. He talked about the recovery in a frank manner and I felt ready to go ahead. On the day of surgery at the hospital he went over everything again to insure we were on the same page. I felt very confident of his abilities and the outcome. The surgery was a success and he did end up finding things that were not apparent in the X-rays; that he repaired while he was in there. I had a post op appointment 6 days later and he went into further detail on his findings and I finally got to see how things looked! I ended up with some hardware and a couple of nice looking stitches. He made sure I had pain meds and knew how to care for the wound so fast forward to last week. After six weeks of non-weight bearing, scooting around my house in a knee cart I got the green light to put weight on my foot as long as I wear my surgery shoe at all times. I keep looking at my bare foot and can’t believe how good and normal it looks! I could not be happier! If you are lucky enough to to get Dr. Stowers as your surgeon, go forward with not a worry in the world! The office staff is very nice however very difficult to ever have a phone conversation BUT they are masters on a text line where you can communicate very effectively that way. The Palm Desert office is very nice and near several of my other doctors in the same complex. Overall five stars from me!
