The staff is friendly and my simple procedures (colonoscopy, endoscopy) went well here. The downside is that it is near impossible to get these guys on the phone. They call you once at 9AM and if you miss that call you are screwed. Sometimes the phone will continue ringing for an hour, sometimes they hang up the call and say to call back when it's not busy. But it's always busy. EDIT: Decided to change my stars from 3 to 5 While it was quite hard getting in touch with the office via phone, I have to still give these guys 5 stars. Are they moving you through quickly? Yes. Does it feel like a conveyor belt? Absolutely NOT! I would trust my life with the staff here. Everyone from the nurses to the doctors were incredible. Talked to me through both procedures I had done (endoscopy/colonoscopy). The nurses remembered my name, we laughed together and it made everything feel so stress free. Would absolutely come back here again, even if I have to call them a few times to make it happen.

all people I delt with were very professional and had no problems what so ever, Good place and i was taken care of just fine. One person stood in recovery that should be acknowledged was Jill. answered all my question with excellent simple to understand information. in my book she is a "keeper" and very personable. Thank you Jill.

I was really nervous about my colonoscopy, but the entire team—from check-in to nursing staff—was kind, professional, and reassuring. Dr. Naga was excellent, explaining everything clearly and easing my fears without judgment. The procedure was painless; I just felt a little sleepy afterward. The prep is the hardest part, but it’s absolutely worth it for peace of mind. We’re lucky to have such a great team here in the Desert. I highly recommend this center.

I could not be more impressed how efficiently they run their operation. Sometimes the crowded lobby might seem a bit intimidating when entering. Don't let that fool you. Arrive a few minutes early and you won't have to stand in that short line for long. I had an epidural in my lower spine and feel like a new man a day later. The staff is extremely organized, incredibly friendly, relaxed and highly coordinated. Dr. Sharma is a premium doctor to call upon. I wish I had done it sooner. A+++
