A week ago I had a Hemithyroidectomy at this hospital. Words cannot express how caring and sweet the staff, nurses and doctors are! Dr. Battaglia (best ENT doctor!) did a wonderful job and my wound is healing amazingly. 100 out of 10!

They treated me extremely well during my surgery. They gave anything I needed before and after the surgery and were really attentive of my condition. They were all really kind and funny, and they made sure to explain to me and to help me out before getting released. I am incredibly thankful for being under their care.

The staff was so nice. Efficient , professional and friendly. Karen who prepped me for surgery was so sweet plus she laughed at my lame jokes. Very respectful of my privacy (you know hospital gowns) . The place was very clean I felt comfortable.

I was a patient at the Huntington Ambulatory facility on September 26, 2022. My experience up to the recovery unit was fine. When I awoke in recovery, I asked for my doctor; who was no longer on site. I asked that the nurse call my doctor, and she refused. Fortunately, I am with UCLA health, and I was able to message my doctor through the patient portal, but a patient should never be refused a phone call to their doctor following a surgery.
