If you get any procedures done, run! Horrible! Dr said no polyps, but yet it says polyps on my diagnose paper. Nurses were horrible & careless! They also said no charge then billed me $700 as if they gonna get a dime lol!

Everyone was great, except the girl at the check-in could smile and be a little more friendly? Maybe she was have a bad day? When I got to to back, everything went smooth as to what they were going to do and they all came and told me their job during the surgery, which was great to meet them all! Thank you everyone for your great bedside manors! Hugs to all from Debbie

Dishonest. My primary care physician ordered a colon cancer screening colonoscopy that is 100% covered under ACA over 45. Because I stated to Dr Shabaz that I had an aunt that had colon cancer and I had a polyp removed 20+ years ago due to constant inflammation from lactose intolerance, he decided to take a biopsy from a healthy colon with zero polyps to turn the procedure into a diagnostic colonoscopy which is not 100% covered under ACA. I also reported no symptoms so there was no reason to turn this into a diagnostic procedure other than to line pockets with more money. Staff was great and hospitable so that gets them 2 stars. Avoid Dr Shabaz and don't share any details with him if you are just going for an over 45 screening.

To start their parking is horrible. Additionally they're waiting room is horrible. Front office staff was okay for me, not great but not bad at all. Then after me getting there early and then taking me in an hour and 15 minutes later than my appt. Time. I was brought to the back where it was uncomfortable and weird, like something out of the 50s. A bunch of rolling beds behind just curtains in very small spaces, seemed very outdated. With wrinkled old blankets after you take your clothes off and put your robe on. Weird and freaky. Then I had this wonderful I don't know her name, but she was a blonde Young nurse come in and speak to me and she was pushing my Gurnee to the next stage really slow because I told her I have vertigo and I get dizzy. Another nurse that I named nurse a little thick with dark hair, probably 45 years old walked up to her, grabbed my Gurney and pushed it really hard and I bumped into the wall and my nurse said hey he has vertigo and then nurse ratchet said good for him. That was horrible service and made me very uncomfortable. I did complain about it but nobody came back to talk to me about it at all. So here we are.. I would prefer to never go there again

I didn't have the same terrible experience as others. I arrived a few minutes before my appointed time, filled out paperwork, and called in no more than 15 minutes later. The receptionist was courteous to everyone (not just me). Granted that the facility itself isn't top notched, but the staff is wonderful. My nurse, Jackie, was kind and responsive. I wouldn't want to be in any medical facilities if I didn't have to, but if I did, I'd want to be where the staff seems to care like I had experienced with my recent visit to the center. Thank you, everyone, for having taken great care of me.
