I have a long medical history, with lots of surgeries, so I feel comfortable saying that this place was a disappointment. I had two surgeries in under a month here. Both times, I had instructions from them that directly contradicted what my doctor's office's directions were. I had rude check-in staff the first time and flat-out vapid staff the second time. I had people ignore what my surgeon and I agreed on. I had people who were either willfully ignorant or just plain obtuse in terms of dealing with major PTSD and anxiety issues, despite having discussed it in depth ahead of time. I did what I was supposed to. I got conflicting information, misinformation, or just plain missing information. This was a disappointment across the board, and I look forward to finding anywhere else to get care in the future. It sure won't be here.

As far as I know. The Dr's and nurses along with all the rest of the hard working staff, that keep this surgery center open. Have always done a great job. Thank RMCSC

I had cataract surgery recently and my two grandsons accompanied me (21&18). They have never liked going to the hospital or doctor offices period. They suggested I write this to let everyone know that the surgery center has the nicest group of professionals and made their experience great. Not only was it good for them, but me as well. So here's a Big Thank You from the Grizzard family.
