The front desk girl, Hannah (I believe that’s her name), has been very rude and unprofessional. I even saw her yelling at the nurses and other staff members.As a Muslim woman, I felt that she treated me differently because I wear a scarf. She gave me an attitude and was unfriendly, but I noticed she was polite and kind to other patients. Her behavior came across as racist and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Had vertebrae surgery and the staff and my doctor was great. Finally got my collapse vertebrae fixed. I can walk with no pain and pills.

I had a cervical injection procedure done here yesterday and everyone here was so kind and professional, very clean and well out together establishment and a very well trained and put together crew! The front desk was so sweet and helpful im really bad with names but was the gold standard of customer care, Dr.Haddad and his team were great, i dont remember to much after the procedure as I was twilight sedated but I know I was cracking them up and they were cracking me up! Very fun and down to earth place you can tell they love their professions! Thanks again and god bless 😀 - Joshua Craft

I was lost and didn’t know how to get there so I called and Hannah at the front desk was so sweet and told us how to get there and saw me even though I was late. All the nurse practitioners and nurses were so nice and caring and Dr. H was so personable and nice and gave me the shots and I am glad I finally got into them! It was such a nice place and so clean and just like an hospital and I would recommend this place to everyone who needs help with their pain!

Dana is the BEST! The facility was clean, the front desk clerk was sufficient with advice, very outgoing, welcoming, and patient with any questions asked. 10/10 Will Recommend! Hey I really need to stress the importance of care given to me today. Dr.Haddidan made sure I was comfortable, & Eric your advice alone was life changing. -Amazed @ the care of my life through the hands of professionals today🙌🏽
