The front desk staff treat patients like they see themselves as superior and everyone else as inferior. There are no customer service skills, no empathy, and no healthcare culture — just pure cruelty. I don’t understand how this behavior goes unnoticed. They act like they are working there against their will. They are mean, hostile, unhelpful, and selfish. I don’t know how this is allowed in a medical setting. Patients should never be treated like garbage.

The phone agent was polite. I received pre authorization from my insurance to see this office, but when I called, they had no record or referral. I was told to call back in 3-4 days. I called two weeks later and still they had no authorization on file, they said they would submit a request for the authorization (pre authorized) and for me to call back after the weekend. I called back about 10-days later and was told they needed a referral from my doctor that was on a Thursday, the following Wednesday I received a call and they said they could see me the next morning at 8:20 (less than 24-hours later) they said to show up at 8am...I wrote it on a note since it was later in the day and never put it on my calendar. The next morning I woke up and realized I would not make the appointment and called to let them know (8:10). I could not get through on the first call and tried again (8:15) and explained to the associate, she said because I was a new patient, they would not reschedule and would not be able to make any future appointments - I would have to go to a different doctor. If this was scheduled several days in advance, I would understand...but this was clearly a last minute cancellation they had an opening for and did not offer a cancellation fee. It took almost two months just to get this appointment. Again, if I made this appointment far in advance, I would understand. Reading the reviews, now I understand.

It is impossible to get in contact with them. I don’t know how ANYONE is able to schedule on the phone. I waited for an hour to get no one to talk to me. I ended up waiting past the closing time because I did NOT expect to wait for a more than an HOUR. Due to all of this I am now doubting that I would actually get good service in that office. This is ridiculous I’m genuinely giving up

My experience with Dr.Clark has been great. He is informative & helpful. His medical assistant has been quick to return my calls so I definitely appreciate that. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the check in process and specifically the girl at the front counter, Raquel, have been troublesome for me. I came in this morning for an urgent ultrasound appointment and was turned away by Raquel for not having a physical copy of my insurance card to show her after coming here for over three years already. I told her everything is current & up to date but she didn't care. Neither did her supervisor.

Rating their parking lot: holy geez, someone decided that all cars are the size of subcompacts! And there are even smaller spaces designated "compact". what’s the point of squeezing as many parking spaces as you can into your lot if cars can’t actually fit in properly parking them. The end result looks like people taking up 1 1/3 parking spaces for the most part. I am a car guy, and I can park in a tight spot, but I can’t see how people could use these parking spaces as designed and actually open either of their doors let alone both.
