I had spinal injections on 11/07/23 with Dr Mercado. Registration went fairly smooth with the exception of the doctor running a bit behind. It happens. A nurse named Cynthia was the one that brought me into the staging area and she was amazing. She was upbeat, professional, thorough and attentive. All in all it was a good experience.
I just had my left knee surgery done on 10/13/23 and everything went well. All the staff were so nice and very helpful. Customer service was excellent. These people really care about their patients. I just want to end this review by saying thank you, you guys were the best. God bless!!!!
Horrible Communication practice! My mom scheduled for surgery on Tuesday and had her Covid test done on Friday the week before. On the day of surgery, I checked her in at 6:15 am, she signed all the paperwork, they checked her vitals (all normal) and she put her gown on in the room. As they going through her documents, my mom's Covid test result was Presumptive positive and they cancelled her surgery. I understand that they can cancel the surgery but, it would be great if they have told us the day before or few days before when they got the Covid test result. They were making excuses that they just got the result that morning after 4 days, which is a Big Lie! It was a waste of time that they caused and potentially contaminated the facility. We will never go back to that center. They are unprofessional and negligence!
Horrible customer service. Will sit at their desk and watch you at their front door but will not unlock it or let you in to talk to anybody. Spouse is in surgery and nobody bothered to call and tell me he went into surgery late. I was here by 10 to pick him up as instructed and after calling, found out he went into surgery late and would not be ready for some time. When I brought him early this morning while still nearly dark they wouldn't even open the door. Ridiculous. Will never recommend this facility.
I woke up crying in pain after surgery i am a big guy 6'2 320 lb. this was my 4ith surgery that i have had in my 33 years. They swapped my RN as well and my anesthesiologist 3 times. So it was really hard to feel comfortable with them. I am still in a lot of pain it has now been 3 hrs after my surgery. My moth was so dry and i felt sick. I will add more to this as time goes on. I am so unhappy its not even funny. i hope at some point 99% of the people that helped me to day and made my life hell for the past few hrs get the same treatment as they were so kind to give me to day. After writing this the PA called me and told me i can not be in so much pain because i was feeling well enough to send this email here to you Julie.
