My father was referred to specialist Zachary Rattner, MD by his regular physician Dr Monica Cepin. My father had a recent amputation, and this clinic made him feel probed as they removed gauzes and wraps, simply because they wanted to see what it looked like. When my father told them his surgeon told him not to open the wound. They failed to wrap it properly and after his appointment was over and they called the transport for him, they failed to confirm his transport after he waited until the clinic closed and they wheeled him outside and left him there. To end this they gave him absolutely no information as to the reason he was there in the first place.
