Sam was great! Helped me feel comfortable and walked/rolled me through the whole process. Although Dr Foltz was a pricy date. I still had to give it up in the end, even though I paid. He was gentle enough, I might even let him do it again. Thank you to the very competent staff, for the quick work and great news!

From the minute, I walked in to the minute I walked out. I have never felt more relaxed comfortable and very informed of what was going to happen with my procedure. Front desk are absolutely amazing. Very professional with their job. My check in nurse Lauren was so Amazing by keeping me calm, making sure I needed anything brought me a warm blanket started my IV which I didn’t even feel her doing, made sure that I didn’t need anything before my procedure, she kept me very calm and relaxed. Second nurse, Lauren came in and asked me if I had questions or concerns, at this time I didn’t, because my check in nurse, Lauren explained everything to me. My surgery nurse wheeled me in to see Dr. Gaddipati again. I was explained how the procedures was going to work. They were mindful of my vertigo, and made me feel very comfortable in the room. I honestly remember getting the sedation and then I woke up in the recovery room again was greeted by a very wonderful nurse ask him how I was doing. After a few minutes of recovery, I was up and dressed, sitting in my chair, waiting for my ride home when I was greeted by a Dr.Gaddipati, who explained everything that happened during the procedure, step-by-step everything they found, and I was sent home with all the photos of what they found for what they did during the procedure, I was also given a thank you card, signed by all the nurses and the doctor that was involved in the procedure today. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anybody that’s requiring the procedures that they do. Well done San Diego Gastroenterology Center Staff, thank you for all your kindness.

I am very thankful to the staff of this clinic for making an otherwise grueling experience pleasant. Carla checked me in punctually, and she was warm, friendly, and professional. Sarah, my Pre-op nurse, went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. The empathy was palpable at all levels, they evidently understand that patients arrive drained (in more ways than one), hungry, and apprehensive about the results. They discharged me exactly on time, gave me a personalized Thank You card, and called me afterwards to see how I was and ask if I had any suggestions. Customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority for them. I am grateful to Dr. Mathew Isho, my excellent colorectal surgeon, for recommending SD Endoscopy Center!

I went in for my first colenoscopy. From the time I got there to when I left, it was a positive experience. The front desk ladies were professional, my intake nurse, Lindsay, was kind & very proficient with the IV needle & my procedure nurse, Sam, was great too. Dr. Chandradas was kind & answered all my questions. I highly recommend this office & I will be back for my next procedure.

I came in for a procedure this morning and the whole staff was so incredibly warm and friendly throughout the whole experience! I was very nervous and the people, from the front desk (Kelly made the process so easy and straightforward both over the phone and in-person) to the nursing staff (Anna was a pleasure!), were absolutely wonderful and caring which helped me feel at ease. They seemed to really care about me as a person and the warm blanket was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend this office- the delightful people at each step really made the process that much better.
